At ExtensionsXBetty, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair products and an exceptional shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

 

All Sales Are Final Unless Eligibility Requirements Are Met

 

Because our hair products are considered personal use items, returns and refunds will only be accepted for products that remain in their original condition. We take sanitation, product integrity, and customer satisfaction seriously, which is why we cannot accept returns on any items that have been altered, used, or tampered with in any way.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

A refund may only be issued if the item meets all of the following conditions:

• The hair has not been worn
• The hair has not been installed
• The hair has not been washed
• The hair has not been brushed, combed, or manipulated
• The hair has not been cut, colored, bleached, dyed, or chemically processed
• The hair has not been damaged, altered, or tampered with
• The product is returned in its original state and original packaging, including tags, bands, labels, and protective wrapping (if applicable)

refunds typically takes 5-7 business days for funds to be back into the customers account AFTER we receive the product back 

To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be received back by us in a condition that allows it to be resold.
